 Watching the news

Day 1. The story which appeared a was US journalist Steven Sotloff murdered by Islamic State and this was the main story because it was the longest part and was showed first because it was important for the audience to know. This news was really important to make people aware of the crisis that had happened.

Day 2. This story was 'The view from inside Gaza as Israel increases attacks' was the main story which was viewed by many people as it was a global issue at the time. This was live first and the editors done this because it was important for people to understand what is going on.

Day 3. Lastly, I watched When Jon Snow met Jeremy Paxman which was an interview which was order last because it was not that important for the viewers but only some people would actually like to watch this. That why Channel 4 news put this in the middle of the show. This show was mainly targeting people who liked interviews.
