The characters are a group of hero's trying to save the world from these bad villain who is trying to take over or destroy it. Which is a typical American movies for this particular genre.

Iconography
In the trailer there is a lot of iconography throughout the trailer. Such as: Fighting, a villain, scientific technology, killing, magical powers, explosions, aliens, city area. This shows a typical comic film genre.

Setting
The setting of the film is many various parts but we can clearly see that it is in New York America, and there is action scene going in a city area with sky-scrapping buildings. There are some scene which may be taken on a plane.

Trailer 2: The Hunger Games: Mockingjay

The story is of 'Katniss Everdeen' shattered the games forever, Katniss must fight against all odds and save a nation moved by her courage. This is a typical adventure which fits with genre.

The character is a female heroine who tries to save the nation. The actress who portrays this role is Jennifer Lawrence who is typical American actress to star in this film due to her acting.

Iconography
In the trailer we could see loads of iconography: technology, explosions, guns, fighting, woods, bow and arrows, planes. All of these iconography relate
 to the genre of the movie that it is.

Setting
The setting for this film varies in different aspects. Firstly, there were in the woods, then in a house, after a destroyed city. This concludes from the trailer you could tell where the film was based on.

The story line of The Hobbit is a good side of people are embraced in a war against villains and there is treasure which the good side want.
